Electro Galvanized ( Iron ) Wire

 ( also known as electric galvanized iron wire or galvanized steel wire )

√ wire diameter : Φ 0.14 mm -  Φ 4.00 mm

√ zinc content : say 6 g/m² - 8 g/m²  - 10 g/m²  - 15 g/m²  - 20 g/m²  - 25g/m²  - ...

                           as customers' request  .

√ production process :

    Steel rod coil →Wire Drawing →Wire Annealing → Rust Removing → Acid Washing

    → Boiling → Drying → Zinc Feeding → Wire Coiling .

√ packing form : coils, 1kg/coil , 2kg/coil ... 25kg/coil, 50kg/coil

                                      big coil: 500kg/coil ...

                               Coil with plastic cloth inside and hessian outside

                               spools, U type wire or straightened and cut into tie wire .

Hot dipped Galvanized ( Iron ) Wire

( also known as hot-dip zinc-plated iron wire, or thermally galvanized iron wire )

√ wire diameter : Φ 0.19 mm -  Φ 25.00 mm

√ zinc content : say 40 g/m²- 290 g/m² - ... as customers' request

√ production process :

    Steel rod coil →Wire Drawing →Wire Annealing → Rust Removing → Acid Washing

     → Zinc Plating → Wire Coiling .

√ packing form : coils, Coil with plastic cloth inside and hessian outside . spools ,  

                               as customers' request  .

¥ Use : galvanized ( iron ) wire is used in weaving of wire mesh, mainly for

                            communications equipment, medical equipment and braid, brushes,

                            cables, filters, high-pressure pipe, construction, handicrafts and other

                            industries.

¥ delivery time : producting : 3 - 7 days as usual .

                             customs office : 7 - 15 days as uaual .

¥ payment :  T/T : 30 % - B/L - 70 % or the contract .

                       L/C : as the contract .
